Each piece is briefed against a specific term with known difficulty and intent, not written first and optimized afterwards.
Reach people before they search for a lawyer
By the time someone types a practice-area term, they are in a bidding war with every firm in the market. For the weeks before that, they are searching their situation in plain language against almost no competition. Content is how a firm gets in front of that traffic, and it is the cheapest audience in legal search.

What this costs
Content plans are priced monthly and sit alongside an SEO program rather than replacing it. The SEO plans below set keywords and placements; the content matrix that follows sets how much is written. Most firms run both.
| Program | Basic | Silver | Golden | Platinum BEST VALUE | Titanium |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly | $65 | $125 | $235 | $325 | $575 |
| One time | $75 | $140 | $260 | $380 | $620 |

The situational argument
This is the part of legal marketing most firms skip, because it does not look like marketing. It is also where the cost per acquired matter is lowest by a wide margin.
Consider the sequence a person actually goes through. Something happens. They do not know what it means. They search a description of what happened, in ordinary words, several times over several weeks. They search what their options are and what things cost. Only near the end do they search for a lawyer.
Every firm in the market is competing for that last query. Almost nobody is competing for the first ones, because answering them does not feel like selling. The result is a large pool of early-stage traffic at a fraction of the difficulty, reaching people before they have contacted anyone.
There is a second reason this matters more now. Assistants answer legal questions directly, and they answer them from content that states things plainly and structures them clearly. A page written to answer a question in its first sentence is more likely to be the source of that answer than a page written to rank.
None of this replaces the practice-area pages. It feeds them. Situational content accumulates topical authority and internal links that make the commercial pages stronger, which is the mechanism by which the harder terms eventually become reachable.
What each piece includes
Twelve plans, priced by how many posts a month and how long each one is. Every plan includes the same things; only volume and length change.
| Posts a month | 500 words | 1,000 words | 2,500 words |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4 | $26 | $44 | $88 |
| 8 | $48 | $80 | $160 |
| 16 | $87 | $144 | $288 |
| 30 | $144 | $240 | $480 |
Prices are per month and are never quoted per post, because the published rate is a plan rate and dividing it would invent a figure. 12 plans in total, from $26 to $480 a month.
Included with every piece, sized and compressed so it does not slow the page it sits on.
Not a fixed number of rounds. If it does not sound like your firm, it goes back until it does.
With author-level access we post it for you after your sign off. Without it, you receive the file and publish it yourself.
The content is yours outright on delivery. Nothing is licensed and nothing is withdrawn if you stop the plan.
Every piece is delivered for your review before publication. This is fixed and is not something a plan can opt out of.
An estate planning practice running eight posts a month at 1,000 words

Estate planning is low urgency and high research, which makes it one of the strongest fits for situational content in the whole vertical. People read about the process for months before they call anyone, and the practice-area cluster sits at difficulty zero.
Illustrative scenarios modeled from the figures shown. Not client results and not a projection.
What the content plans cover
Content for a law firm is two different products that get sold under one word. The first is the practice-area page: the commercial page that has to rank for a term someone types when they are ready to hire. There are a fixed number of these and they need to be excellent.
The second is everything else, and it is unbounded. Situational pieces, process explanations, cost questions, timelines, what happens next. These do not convert directly and are not meant to. They accumulate topical authority, capture people early, and internally support the pages that do convert.
A monthly plan is for the second kind. The practice-area pages are usually built once, properly, as part of a site build or a structural fix, and then revised rather than replaced. Buying thirty posts a month while the practice pages are near-duplicates of each other is spending on the wrong thing.
Which is the reason the technical audit runs before the content plan scales up. If the site cannot support the content, the content is an expense rather than an asset.
Writing under advertising rules
Writing marketing copy for a regulated profession is a different job from writing it for a contractor, and the constraints are not optional.
- 01
Every claim has to be substantiable
Communications about a firm's services must not be false or misleading. In practice that rules out most of the language marketing writers reach for by default. Nothing we write asserts an outcome, a success rate or a comparison that your firm could not evidence.
- 02
Testimonials and past results carry conditions
Client testimonials are restricted or prohibited in some states, and where permitted usually require disclaimers. Past results typically require a statement that outcomes depend on the facts of each matter. We flag where these conventionally apply; your firm determines what your state requires.
- 03
Certain words are regulated
Terms such as specialist and expert are regulated in many states and may require certification to use. We avoid them unless your firm confirms they are available to you, which is a small constraint that firms are frequently surprised to learn exists.
- 04
Nothing goes live without your sign off
Some states require a firm to retain its advertising copy or to file it in advance. More fundamentally, you are the party accountable for what appears under your name. Review before publication is a fixed part of how this works rather than a courtesy.
We are a marketing agency. We are not a law firm, we do not employ lawyers, and we do not provide legal or ethics advice. Requirements vary by state and change, so your firm reviews everything against your bar's current guidance before publication.
How the work runs
Five steps, every month, in this order. Nothing is built on top of a site that cannot be crawled, and nothing is reported that you cannot open and check yourself.
Situational queries mapped against your practice areas by difficulty.
Angle, target term and structure agreed before anything is written.
Written to answer the question directly in the opening sentence.
Delivered to you. Revisions until approved. Nothing published without sign off.
Posted with author-level access if you want, then tracked.
Questions
Who writes the content?
LavishContent, our sister brand. Every plan includes keyword research, SEO writing, a featured image, and revisions until you approve it. You own the content outright once it is delivered, and with author-level access we can publish it for you after your firm has signed it off.
Does our firm review content before it is published?
Always, and nothing is published without your sign off. That is a fixed rule rather than an option. Lawyer advertising is regulated by each state bar, requirements vary and change, and your firm is the party accountable for what appears under its name.
What are the best SEO keywords for lawyers to target with content?
The situational ones. People describe their circumstance for weeks before they type the word lawyer, and those queries carry a fraction of the competition of the terminal terms. A page answering what happens after a specific event will reach someone earlier and far more cheaply than a page competing for a two-word practice term.
How many posts a month do we need?
Four a month at 1,000 words is a reasonable starting cadence for a single practice area. Eight is the point where topical coverage starts compounding. Thirty suits firms with several practice areas or a mass tort campaign that moves with the docket. The matrix below prices all twelve combinations.
Will the content sound like our firm wrote it?
That is the intent, and it is why revisions run until you approve rather than for a fixed number of rounds. We ask for two or three existing pieces you consider representative before the first delivery. Content that reads as generic performs worse and is harder for your firm to stand behind.
Can content mention past results?
It can, subject to what your state requires, and past results typically need a disclaimer stating that outcomes depend on the facts of each matter. We write the material and flag where a disclaimer is conventionally expected. Whether it satisfies your bar current guidance is a determination your firm makes.
What makes this different
Every link arrives as a live URL
Not a count, not a screenshot, not a summary of work performed. A list you can open in a browser and check in under a minute. The assets stay yours permanently.
We refuse to promise the head terms
We target them. We will not put a date on them, and we will tell you which of the terms you asked about are not worth starting with. That conversation happens before you pay, not after.
Nothing is published without your sign off
Everything written for your firm is delivered for review first. Bar advertising rules vary by state and change, and your firm is the one accountable for what appears under its name.
Month to month, setup waived
No contract term, no cancellation window, no setup fee on any plan. If the reporting stops being worth reading you can stop, which is the only real accountability an agency can offer.
Seventeen years and a dedicated manager
Operating since 2009 with more than 15,000 clients served and 94 percent client retention. Every plan, including the smallest, has one named account manager rather than a shared queue.
